Other determining factors include the power supply configuration. Is it three phase or single-phase power supply? The three phase containers have a higher chilling capacity with bigger motors but use more energy to run than a single phase refrigerated container. Single phase refrigerated containers plug into a normal 10-amp household power socket. They’re cheaper to run than three phase and are great for holding general chilled or frozen product.
